The wind turbines along I90 tend to multiply each year; seeding themselves into an ever-fascinating landscape for passersby. We have always wanted to venture up close to them, and thus opted to take the relaxed-route home over Memorial Weekend.
Amazingly, from where we stood, no traffic could be heard for miles. The slight whir of the generators in still air made for a peaceful off-roading experience.
