Hi, I came here through the Awearness Blog, which I found surfing the internet randomly while being bored at the office
I’ve taken a quick look at your site and I have to tell you that I love your photos; I think you are very talented. Is it you job or is it just an hobby?
I’m from Italy but I visited South Dakota some years ago; I just loved it.

Oh, ok, I’ve just had 5 minutes and I’ve googled you…ok, it’s also a job, that makes me feel better :-))
haha - Thank you so much! Yes, a job… but slowly trying to morph back over to it being a hobby. Have taken some time off to learn some new things and regroup creatively - it’s been really fun to journalize every-day life of late.
What on earth brought you to South Dakota? I’ll trade places with you for the weekend, if that’s alright with you.

Hi Angela, I visited South Dakota in 1999 during my honeymoon, the trip was planned so that we could see people and places we cared about for different reasons: it started in Chicago, where my husband has relatives, and it continued through Minnesota, where I had worked for 3 months after graduation from university. I worked in a resort in the Brainerd, I wanted to show my husband the place; then we drove through Minnesota and South Dakota, Montana, down to Nevada. We flew back home from Las Vegas. I absolutely loved the Badlands, it’s a terrific place. We also saw the Crazy Horse monument and of course Mount Rushmore. It is not the average honeymoon in the US but I enjoyed it so much.
